This apartment is located in one of the most central neighbourhoods of Madrid, just a few steps from Retiro Park and central Madrid.

You can enjoy a perfect location just a few steps from the Pacifico and Atocha metro stations.

From the apartment, you can walk to all the city\'s museums and to Atocha station, from where you can travel by train to many parts of Spain. Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are also very close.

The apartment is very practical, characterised by a very careful design and high-quality materials, and is located on the third floor of the building with a lift.

As soon as you enter, you\'ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen that communicates with the bright living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything you need to cook.
