This beautiful apartment located on Las Marinas beach has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
It is located in an urbanization just 100 m from the sandy beach. In the community, we find extensive grass areas, an impressive swimming pool for adults and another for children, a basketball/soccer court, and a paddle tennis court.
The accommodation is on a second floor and has a parking space, wifi, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, electric heating, and all kinds of amenities to make your stay a dream.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, water boiler, coffee maker (Senseo), toaster, etc.
It also has a washing machine.
From the beautiful balcony, the sea can be seen, very close to the urbanization. Where we find all kinds of furniture to be able to enjoy it.
The main bedroom is spacious and very bright, in the children's room there is a bunk bed installed.
