Located in a charming building in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, this apartment will allow you to stay near the Arsenale of Venice, which houses the Naval History Museum, part of the Biennale exhibition for 6 months a year and the Boat Show in late May-early June.

In addition, the Biennale Gardens, an area created by Napoleon in the early nineteenth century and now the main venue for the Biennale art and architecture exhibitions with 29 pavilions, can be reached in 5 minutes. A 15-minute walk will take you to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, while just a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of Murano.

Furnished with style, with a clean and modern design, this accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, suitable for families or groups of friends, and consists of a living area with sofa and dining table, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, to give you all the space and privacy you need. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet access, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, as well as all the appliances in the kitchen. In addition, there is a communal laundry room on the ground floor of the building. Two mini-markets are within a 450m radius.

Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
