The outdoor area with barbecue and pizza oven (available only renting the local pizzaiolo) allow unforgettable dinners under the covered patio, enjoying the sunset. Recently restored, the Villa has maintained intact all of the original architectural features. A well equipped kitchen is available for those who like cooking or want to rent a Chef to organize a cooking class to taste some local receipts.
The Villa, with direct access to the sea,  lies at the border of the coast just 5 minutes drive to the village of Fiumicello, well equipped tourist area and 300 metres to the beaches at Macro and Illicini. The harbour area of Maratea is equipped even for large boats.
