Crab Cottage is a delightful, terraced cottage resting in Sandsend, North Yorkshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
There are three bedrooms including a double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a double and a twin, as well as a bathroom with bath with Jacuzzi jets, large handheld rainfall shower, walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also a cloakroom with basin and WC and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To complete the property, there is a utility and a snug with a woodburning stove. Central heating is gas with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The kitchen has a gas AGA, electric hob, 2 x microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst an upstairs cupboard hosts a washer/dryer. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, with sky package and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside there is roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis, a front gravelled area and a large rear garden with patio and lawned area. One well-behaved pet welcome.
