This light and spacious room is a great space in which to entertain and socialise. The kitchen diner opens through sliding doors on to a raised sheltered patio, an ideal spot from which to watch the sun set over the mountains to the west. The patio has a glazed balustrade with steps down to the large private rear garden, which is a sun trap in the afternoon.
All the accommodation is on one floor. There are two double bedrooms and one twin room. The sitting room has a pleasant open outlook to the front and to the side, with views of Latrigg. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and the property also has a new shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin, making it perfect for the larger family or two smaller families sharing. The new utility room, which houses the central heating boiler, has a washing machine, and tumble drier and is the ideal place to dry off muddy boots after a day out on the fells.
