Large wooden porch equipped with table and chairs, ideal for staying and eating meals outdoors. The apartment is also equipped with 32” smart TV, washing machine, mosquito nets, hair dryer, outdoor shower. Parking space near the accommodation in private space (not fenced).
With a pleasant walk (about 500 m) you can easily reach the center and the seafront of S.M. di Leuca, the free and equipped beach is about 750 m away.
The property is also well connected to the SS 274, which allows easy travel to nearby well-known seaside resorts (such as the Maldives of Salento, about 10 minutes away by car).
