Lovely 3 Bedroom Townhouse - El Divino
This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse overlooking the pool is situated on the popular El Divino complex in the centre of Los Alcazares. Its amazing location puts it central to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and is perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.
The townhouse has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower over, and the other bathroom has a shower, The townhouse boasts three terraces, one at the front of the property overlooking the pool, a small terrace offthe main bedroom leading to the roof terrace. Air con is in the living room, and is included in the price. The TV and internet is also included.

Swimming pools, and sunbathing areas
As you are approaching the townhouse there is generous size outdoor terrace overlooking the communal pool. Off the master bedroom is a smaller terrace area leading up to the roof terrace area.
The apartment is in the El Divino complex, a lovely, spanish style resdencia with 2 communal pools surrounded by gardens. All you will need to do is take your own loungers for sunbathing, which will need to be removed at the end of the day (these are available for you to use within the townhouse).

The apartment has an open plan living room and dining area. The living room has and air con unit which is also included in the price. Off the living room is kitchen which comes equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The living room has 2 very comfortable sofas and a dining area. Internet and TV is included.

The is one twin bedroom and a shower room leading off the living room downstairs. On the first floor is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a large bathroom also with a corner bath and shower over.
