Villa Stella Marina is a spacious villa with fabulous views over this quiet Dalmatian village, and of the lush countryside around, the sea ahead and the mountains of the mainland in the distance.
The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood just 100m from the popular Bistrica beach and 800m to centre of the village where you can enjoy dining by the harbour and relax at the village cafe bars.
Entrance to the villa is on the first floor, up a few stairs from the pool terrace. In front of the villa is the 29 sq m pool with sunbathing terrace.
The ground floor comprises a large open plan living dining room with a fully fitted kitchen. Double doors open onto a sea view dining terrace.
Internal stairs take you to the second floor where there are 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. In one of the double bedrooms there is a pull out sofa that sleeps one. The villa also has a cot that sleeps a child up to age 4. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, SmartTV, AC, safe deposit box and hair dryer. There is a foldup single bed available for an 8th guest, it is suitable for a child/young teenager.
From the double bedrooms at the front is a large terrace with stunning sea views. Here you can relax on the sofas enjoying drinks at sunset.
Behind the villa is a covered area with wood burning BBQ beside a large lawn. This is a lovely place to relax. The villa gardens and pool benefit from good privacy with walls on all 3 sides.
There is parking for 3 cars in the villa driveway. And in the garage is a table tennis table, exercise bike and darts board. These can be moved to accommodate an extra 1 car. There are internal stairs from the garage to the villa. The villa has an EV charger.
Sutivan is located 7km west from main town of the island, Supetar, it is easy accessible by car and daily connected by bus.
Getting to Brac: Take the 50 minute car ferry from Split harbour. Split harbour is 20 kilometres from Split airport. The crossing takes about 50 minutes. The cost per person is approx 6,50 Euro.
Getting to the Property: You will checkin at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar. The office is 200 m from the ferry port. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Location: Sutivan is a quaint seaside village set round a very pretty harbour. Around the harbour are traditional old stone houses, all nicely renovated, and on the harbour is a chic hotel set in an old stone chateau, where non guests can enjoy fine dining and cocktails. Sutivan has 4 main beaches - Bunta beach is a lovely bay with pebbles and is in the town centre. Lučica beach which is also in town and is also in the town. Bistrica beach is a stretch of pebbly beach about 2km from the town centre, there is a beach bar there and jet skies are available to rent. And Livka beach which is a bay set 4m from town where the village villas and the wooded countrysode area meet. There is a beach restaurant here.In the village is Aldura, a sport centre where you can book cycle tours, kayakking, wind surfing, sailing and rock climbing. They also offer hiking tours and cultural and wine tours.Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find Sutivant vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. Eat out at the different restaurants in the village and sample the friendly bars and cafes. Or, just 50 minutes from Sutivan by car, you can visit the beautiful beach resort named Bol, very famous for its beach phenomenon called Zlatni Rat. Alternatively take a 50-minute ferry ride to Split and wander through the 1700 year old alleyways of the Diocleceans Palace, do some designer brand name shopping, or just promenade along the elegant palm tree lined Riva eating an ice cream! For a quiet holiday come in June or September. If walking is your thing, there’s plenty of lovely coastal and inland walks with many beautiful old stone villages to explore.
