Villa Bali is a traditional Algarvian property, located in an idyllic countryside area, but a short distance from the new area of Albufeira, full of bars, shops, and restaurants.



Perfect for families or groups of friends looking to escape the crowds, this 3-bedroom property offers a private heatable pool (heating as an optional extra) and jacuzzi (available as an optional extra), making it the ideal choice.



The master bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds, with one bedroom having a private bathroom with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool and garden area. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.



The open-plan living/dining room features comfortable sofas, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and large doors leading to the garden and pool. The fully equipped kitchen allows for preparing meals at home. Through the kitchen, you access a large veranda with a barbecue, dining table, and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals.



Outside, the property has sun loungers, grassy areas, and 2 dining areas to enjoy meals outdoors. The ping-pong table provides fun for all ages.



Villa Bali is a short drive from the new and old areas of Albufeira, and Algarve Shopping in Guia.



It is recommended to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if necessary.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 6 people.

The 7th person will be charged an additional value that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
