Ideal location to walk to all sites

The remodel was a great use of space. It was nice to have 2 rooms with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We highly recommend for a 5-day stay like we did. Bravo

Passing through Rome

My husband and I spent a few days in Rome before traveling to Palermo. The rental was just as described. Everything you needed was there and very clean. Many shops and restaurants/cafes are within walking distance. Yes, the shower and sink/toilet area are small, but we were able to make do. I was happy to have the washer/dryer available for use, our travel clothes were fresh and ready for the next adventure. Alessandra was helpful in giving us information to arrange a private golf cart tour, which was great as we were able to see many of the sights with a wonderful guide. I was happy with our stay.

Good place

Overall excellent. Bed was comfortable, both heat and AC worked. Great location next to bars and restaurants. Bathroom a little small to move around in, and they need venting from smells but we spent most of the day walking around so it didn’t bother us.

Perfect Place & Location

The apartment is very clean and cozy, perfect for two people. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps away. Alessandra is absolutely amazing, she arranged transfers for us, allowed us to check in early and left a lot of information for us at the apartment, like good places to eat, etc. She also set us up with Susanetta to help arrange the perfect tours. My husband and I have stayed at a lot of places but Alessandra was by far the BEST host!

Fabulous Spot

We stayed for two nights in the middle of our European trip. Was lovely to have a spot to wash some clothes and be on a quiet street but with plenty of nice restaurants etc close by. We were able to walk to all of the major tourist sites easily. The property owner was incredibly helpful and obviously cares very much about her home and visitors. Would stay again

Fantastic location!

We loved our stay at Alessandra’s place. It’s located in a lively neighborhood and easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment is tiny but the use of space is clever and creative. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was set up well. Highly recommended for 1-2 people.

Great flat in a great location

Wonderful little flat central to many of the attractions of Rome. Kitchen area allowed eat in breakfast and dinners when the lunches out were a bit much. Great closet areas and on-site laundry to boot. Would stay again.

Fabulous Visit to Rome

The accommodation was just as described and suited us perfectly. A 15 min walk from the train station, very good communications with the host, and easy checking in process. The bed was super comfortable, lovely fluffy towels, and everything clearly explained with some wonderful restaurant recommendations. Such a lovely atmosphere to the area, and not too far to walk to all the main attractions. Would definitely recommend it!

Cute little place

The apartment was just as described. Perfect size for two, or maybe 2 with a small child. Alessandra was easy to reach and very helpful. We booked our airport transfer through her which made getting there so easy! It’s is on a quiet, alley type street, but there are people still coming and going on scooters. With the apartment on the ground floor there was some noise and privacy issues with that. But not a big deal. I’d stay there again. Lots to see close to the place and walkable to the Coliseum and Roman Forum.

Perfect Stay!

This VRBO was perfect! The location was great and safe. The bed was comfortable and the AC was frigid cold, which helped a lot in the summer. We would definitely stay here again. Amazing host and place!

Great location and apt.

Almost everything you could possibly want in a VRBO, with the exception of the bathroom and shower. They were quite small, but doable. Bed was very comfortable, quiet area to sleep, nice kitchen, loved having a washer and dryer. We walked to so many things: train station, Big Bus, Colosseum, restaurants, Saturday Markets and more. A little further walk was Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, but that did not discourage us. We would stay here again!

Great Place and Great Host

This is a small but well equipped and immaculately clean property that we found to be perfect for us! It was a walkable distance from the train station and centrally located on a quiet dead end street. It is within easy walking distance of the Coliseum, the Forum and the Trevis Fountain among other places. ( We are seniors had and no problem with these distances) Alessandra met us and proved to be an exceptional host. Her property has many 5 stars reviews and they are certainly well deserved.

Great Hideaway location

When the cab turned off the busy Rome street into what seemed a narrow dead end my wife and I wondered. We quickly found that this feature lent real privacy to this quite central location. The kitchen, sitting area and bedroom were very comfortable to return to after a day out visiting the sites. I would recommend this location for from two to four people. The owner of this property was easy to contact and it felt that she knew how to make our stay easy and comfortable! John & Bee

A perfect place to stay

This property is beautifully designed and set out with all the facilities you need in a quiet little street but within easy reach of a little grocery store, cafes, shops, restaurants and is perfect for sightseeing.

Excellent location, great lodging

Lovely centrally located apartment. Close to many restaurants and bars and two grocery stores. On the ground floor, so no dragging luggage up many flights of stairs! Very compact and good use of a small space. Since it is essentially a dead end no-car street (it ends at a stairway down to an adjacent street) it is very quiet. Walkable to many things. It was great having the washer AND a separate dryer (some places say they have a dryer, but it is really a drying rack). As some have said, the bathroom and shower are of modest size, but it works. Alessandra was an excellent host, responding quickly and allowing us to check in early as we had to disembark the ship with nowhere else to go. She also arranged for transportation from our ship at check in and then to the airport at check out. Highly recommend!

Short Stay in Rome

The location was great - pretty well centrally located. It is on a hilly street - via panisperna - but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. It was easy to get a taxi when we were tired of walking. I would recommend using Via Panisperna 196 as the address if you arrange a pickup since the alley that the VRBO is down is a dead end. The place was clean and very nicely decorated. It is small but perfect for me and my travel partner for a three day trip. Alessandra is very welcoming and greeted us when we arrived. Thank you for such a great stay!
