The property is on the ground floor, so there’s no need to carry your luggage up any stairs. The building is secure, accessible only with a gate key, and equipped with surveillance cameras that record the outdoor areas, ensuring your privacy is respected.

Caledonian Road station is just an 8-minute walk away and runs on the Piccadilly line.
Local Attractions:
Arsenal's Emirates Stadium is only 1 mile from your doorstep.
Holloway Road, a 10-minute walk away, features a variety of restaurants, bars, and leisure activities.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to nine adult guests:
En-suite bedroom with a king-sized bed (sleeps 2) and a sofa bed that converts into a small double (sleeps 1)
Double bedroom with a king-sized bed and access to the terrace (sleeps 2)
Second double bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace (sleeps 2)
Living room with a corner sofa bed that opens into a double bed (sleeps 2)
The open-plan living room features a kitchen and dining area, with a bar island seating six and a dining table with four chairs. Our modern kitchen is fully fitted, including a dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils.

You will have private access to the entire property, including the terrace. Parking is not available immediately outside but can be found a short walk away in surrounding residential streets.
ID Verification: A copy of your ID is required for booking to verify guest identity. After booking, you will receive a link to upload your ID securely.
Party Policy: Parties are not permitted in the residential building. A noise detector and CCTV are in place to prevent disturbances. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed. Booking must accurately reflect the number of guests; no visitors are permitted.
Bag Drop-off and Early Check-In: If you need early check-in or bag drop-off, please contact us in advance. A fee of £20 for early check-in and £12 for bag drop-off may apply.
Travel Cot Fee: We can provide a travel cot for £20 per stay, available on request. Please note that linen for the travel cot is not provided.
