Beautiful lake-front escape from the City

Lake Arrowhead is metropolitan Atlanta's best kept secret as far as Lake front living goes. Our 5 Bedroom 4 FULL bath home is located in the highly coveted "Narrows" of the Lake Arrowhead. Close to the open water of the Lake, our property is sure to offer all that you might need for a city escape. Lake Arrowhead is a 540 acre private lake that is divided into a "no-wake" region and an open water area by the dam. While Jet Ski's are not allowed, you can always find people enjoying the water in Kayak's, Paddle Boards, Sailing or tubing, wake boarding and water skiing. While only property owners are permitted to have boats at the Lake, there are boats for rent at the main Marina. We do provide 2 kayaks and Fishing Poles for our guests use. Lake Arrowhead has many amenities which include: an 18 hole Golf Course, Restaurant, walking trails, park, tennis courts and two pools. There are many different places to explore as well: downtown Canton, Cartersville, Ellijay, and Blue Ridge and the foothills, Tellus Science Museum and Amicalola State Park. Blairsville is also conveniently located. Don't forget about Reinhardt College which during Fall months has many events for the Family to enjoy.

A tour of our home will reveal 3 levels: the Main, a Loft and the Terrace Level:
MAIN: The Master bedroom is on the Main Floor and boasts views of the Lake and has a sliding door with access to a screened patio with a large Hammock that can accommodate 2 people. In addition, the Master bedroom has it's own FULL bath. A guest bedroom on the Main has 2 twin beds - something we kept from when our children were younger. In addition, a Full bath is located in the hallway. The Main Floor has an INVITING open floor plan where the Kitchen and Great Room allow for incredible views of the Lake.

TERRACE: The downstairs bedroom has the largest bed in the home: a KING bed with views of the water. In addition, there is a Full bath, a pool table and a second screened patio that we use as a place to store our water toy's and ski jackets. The porch opens to a door leading down a short path to the dock and lake!

LOFT/UPSTAIRS: One bedroom has a Queen bed and has beautiful views of the lake from bed. The other has a bunk bed (double +twin) and a Queen. There is a FULL bathroom here and a large open Loft with a TV, Blue-ray DVD player and a view of the great room and the Lake from a large Bay Window.

Amazing lake house

My family and I enjoyed a quiet relaxing week at Lake Arrowhead. The house was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards on the lake and the pool table and board games inside. Overall, we had a great experience.

Perfect Family Retreat

Spent Thanksgiving holiday at this property. It was relaxing and calming the moment we arrived. The views of the lake were so beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset. The property had everything we needed to prepare several meals. Top tier cleanliness, beds were comfortable and house was cozy for all my family. Plenty of space around the table and living room! We all had a hard time leaving and wished we had booked a few extra days. Host was proactive and very quick respond to questions!! Thank you so much!!

Absolutely love lake Arrowhead. This is our second time staying in this gated community during our baseball trip to Lake Point, and Nikhil’s place didn’t disappoint. It was our perfect place to relax and enjoy the time we had during down time from our tournament schedule. Would highly recommend staying here for your family getaway.

Weekend Reunion

Long golf weekend get together of 5 college (1978) friends. Although we didn’t do any swimming or kayaking we enjoyed spending time on the dock by the water. The gathering spaces inside were excellent too. A beautiful home in a beautiful setting/community.

Wooded Water Wonderland

This was the best VRBO experience that we have had. The owner was very attentive and accommodating. The house, grounds, dock and lake were all fantastic! We were close enough to some towns to find excellent restaurants and felt we had absolute privacy when we were staying on the property. We had plenty of beds and baths and the living areas were spacious and relaxing. We felt right at home. We HIGHLY recommend!!

Relaxing Christmas/New Years vacation

The property was awesome. It was clean, PLENTY OF ROOM, washer and dryer and the best stocked rental I have ever been in. There was plenty of towels, games, kitchen supplies, etc. I will definitely rent here again if I am in the area. The owner was very responsive and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction with his home. Waze app takes you right to the property and with the keyless entry no problem getting into the home. We golfed at the beautiful course in the community and went shooting just down the road at Garland Mt Sporting Clays & Grill. The food at the The Grill is delicious so be sure to visit. My 3 adult kids loved shooting at the range. Two of them were beginners and the range was very accommodating. Near sunset the deer come out to play all around the community!! We built a fire at night out on the deck in the chimenea, under the stars...We hope to come back during warm temps when we can make use of the kayaks and boat to enjoy the lake. You wont be disappointed with this rental...oh yeah there is a Publix just about 10 miles down the road and Waleska is a beautiful little town. Thanks Nikhil :)

Sons wedding

This is a great house to stay in. Although we were not there much it was very roomy and beautiful. Lots of room to spread out and not feel like you were in each other’s way. The house is like the pictures. Very clean. We had a little trouble getting in but the owner was very responsive to our questions. Would have loved to walk down to the dock but just wasn’t enough time as we were there to celebrate my sons wedding!! The view of lake is beautiful. I would stay here again so if you are looking for a cozy place to stay I would highly recommend!!

Perfect for outdoor/lake activities

The property is as stated in the listing. House is very open and spacious. It is one of the best stocked properties I've rented. The kitchen has anything you might need to cook any type of meal. Outdoor space is fabulous! Even with rainy weather, we were able to enjoy the lake and stay dry under the pavilion. The community pool is lovely and we rented a boat at the Marina. We plan to visit again!

So worth it!

We stayed at this home since it was close to Lake Point where our sons were in a baseball tournament. It was about a 30 min ride. We were so happy when we got to the home, it was actually better than we expected. The home is absolutely beautiful. It is located in the gated community of Lake Arrowhead. It is a huge area of homes, it took us 2 miles from the gate entrance to our home. We had 3 families stay in the home (total of 9 people) and everyone had their own bathroom which was great. All adults/couples had their own private bedrooms and bathrooms, the kids all stayed on the top floor which provided a common living room with TV and 2 bedrooms with plenty of beds and a bathroom for them to share. Everything was in great working condition and very clean. We had no shortage of things to do, the home had a pool table and dart board, which the teenagers loved in addition to the breathtaking views of the lake from our own private dock. In addition to the dock, there was a masonry patio with a gazebo to sit under with a chiminea for cooler nights. The lake was private, only residents of Lake Arrowhead are allowed to have boats there. Because of that, there was not much boat traffic. We could simply go off of the dock and relax on floating mats or tubes and enjoy the lake. We were also able to go to the marina (also located in Lake Arrowhead) to rent a pontoon boat for the day, which was so much fun. The host was extremely reachable at any time if we had a question and was very accommodating. We definitely will be back again.

Great place!

We stayed here when our boys were in town to play at a baseball tournament at Lake Point. It was an easy 35 minute drive and we loved staying there. It has everything you need and the owner was great - easy to get a hold of, easy to communicate with, the whole stay was great. And we were all happily shocked at how comfortable the beds were - not always the case in a rental! Looking forward to coming back and staying here again next year!

Great Property!

The location and layout of this home make it perfect for multi-family gatherings. We stayed here for a baseball tournament and each boy and parent group had a space to make their own while still having common spaces to come together. We could not have asked for a better place. The lake views from the house are spectacular and the lounging area by the lake was a favorite for all of us. The owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely house.
