There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. 2 Bathrooms with sink, toilet and walk inn showers. The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning throughout the house. The terrace in front of the living room gives access to the staircase to the solarium with private pool, outdoor lighting and a pergola. Beautiful sea views from the solarium.
The urbanization Paraíso Playa, has green areas and a community pool for adults and children. Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 800m. All at only 2 minutes walk from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.
