Yes - do NOT adjust your screen - you can come and stay on a beautiful English Vineyard and enjoy the peace and quiet of our fabulous North Norfolk countryside. We also offer free vineyard tours and picnics in the vineyard or orchard for our guests staying in the cottage. There are only about 700 vineyards in England and not many of them allow guests to come and enjoy the ambience of a working vineyard - so quickly grab your chance and book a break with us now. On top of this we are almost carbon neutral with a mass of solar panels.

100% FULLY DOG FRIENDLY HOLIDAYS
We are dog owners and lovers - so when we moved here in 2021 we were determined to provide luxurious UK stays for families with dogs. Gone are the days when dog owners never get the chance to take their beloved pets on holiday with them. We are more than happy to greet up to 4 dogs per stay but we are flexible depending on the breed and size of dogs (more small to medium sized breeds can stay). We are located in the heart of the famous North Norfolk countryside - surrounded by lots of dog walks and amazing sandy beaches which are dog friendly. Most of the local pubs are also fully dog friendly too.

VINEYARD COTTAGE INFORMATION
This cosy modern cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in a Norfolk coastal and countryside holidaying mecca of the Norfolk Broads. Poplar Farm is a working Vineyard and you will be able to take walks in the vineyard at your leisure and enjoy a picnic in the orchard picnic area.
You will also be spoilt for choice on what to do for each day but equally delighted to be able to put your feet up and enjoy a break from the rat race - as the big skies, sunrise, sunsets- not to mention the peace and tranquility will be evident from the moment you arrive.

Within the spacious single storey cottage the lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends and your beloved dogs. This beautifully cottage retains character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. The secure, mature and spacious garden has up to 6 foot fencing and is fully dog proofed so you wont need to worry about where your pooch has gone. There is dedicated parking for 2 cars and an Electric vehicle charging point charged at super low rates.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a spacious fridge & separate freeze, hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine and a microwave. We provide a large selection of coffees and teas as we know how important it is to have a cuppa whenever you like. There is a cafetiere, tea pots and cups for making loose leaf/loose coffee drinks.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a flat screen television with Freeview smart TV (Netflix etc enabled) and DVD player. There is free fast wi fi internet access. There is also a collection of DVDs, books, puzzles and board games as well.

The cottage has 2 separate private double bedrooms which comfortably sleep 4. There is good sized bathroom with a shower and a spacious lounge and dining room with sofas and seating for 4 guests.
Fresh linen and fluffy towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is a spacious enclosed and private garden with a patio area for al fresco dining and a lounge area to relax in. Many guests enjoy the views across open fields. The glorious Norfolk beaches with miles of open sandy beaches are only 5 minutes drive away and the famous Norfolk Broads surround you with many an exciting venture awaiting your arrival. There are a number of excellent dog walks/walking routes from the doorstep and onwards. The glorious Weavers Way is all but a 2 minute walk away.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am but we can be flexible on request.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the cottage.
- There are on-site free parking facilities available at the property with Electric vehicle charging

• Wonderful, quiet countryside walks from your doorstep (Weavers Way is 300m away) and a mass of sand covered beach walks a matter of minutes away
• Dog sitting. If you would like to go out for a few hours and leave the dogs but are not confident they will settle,

• Feed raw? The Raw Dog Food Company delivery to all ERC properties with a min order charge of £10.

• All our guests are welcome to wander throughout the 6 acre farm and take in the small but perfectly formed Vineyard, the dedicated picnic area in the apple orchard, the wildlife pond, camping meadow and kitchen garden – the big skies and sunsets are something to savour
