Congl Cae is a large, detached house resting in Llangwnnadl near Aberdaron, Gwynedd and can sleep 10 guests in five bedrooms.
The living areas in the main house consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen featuring double electric ovens, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining area with seating for 10, a sitting area with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, along with a shower room/utility offering a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a a king-size with a smart TV and en-suite shower room, a kign-size with an en-suite shower room, a king-size and a bunk, along with a family bathroom. The annexe hosts a games room with a Smart TV, Xbox and pool table, along with a mezzanine double bedroom with a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a front lawn with furniture, side patio with barbecue and furniture, a side terrace with furniture and a hot tub, and private parking for five cars with boat parking. Within 5.8 miles, you will find a shop, within 2.7 miles, a pub, and within 2 miles, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for the woodburning stove, books, games and hairdryers are all included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved pets are welcome here, however there is an additional charge per pet of £50 per week.
