In the Las Cortes neighbourhood - one of the most traditional and historic in the city centre, known for its impressive architecture and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings - there are points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza, the ICO Exposiciones de Arte y Arquitectura Museum, the famous Fuente de Cibeles fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá or the Parque del Retiro.
Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy some of the most iconic and photographed places just a few minutes\' walk away, such as Puerta del Sol, the Real Casa de Correo, the seat of the Madrid City Council and whose bells mark the start of the New Year in Spain, or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.
In addition, it offers excellent public transport connections to the rest of the city, with the Banco de España and Sevilla metro stations and many bus lines departing from that area.
The apartment
This elegant apartment is located in a fully renovated building with a lift and can accommodate up to nine guests.
The spacious living room, carefully decorated and with beautiful lighting throughout the day thanks to its three impressive panoramic windows, has a comfortable sofa and a seating area with a single sofa bed.
Its spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances to ensure comfort and convenience for our guests.
It has four bedrooms specially designed to ensure maximum comfort: two with double beds and the other two with two single beds each. There are a total of three modern fully equipped bathrooms with showers, one of them en-suite in the master bedroom, and a toilet.
The apartment has WiFi and underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you will need the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
