Steeped in culture and history, very close to the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza, Museo ICO Exposiciones de Arte y Arquitectura, Círculo de Bellas Artes and, of course, the Fuente de Cibeles, Cortes is one of the most traditional neighbourhoods in the city, just a few metres from the Banco de España and Sevilla metro stations.

The apartment:

This bright and comfortable apartment is located in a completely renovated building with a lift, has an area of 200 m², and can accommodate 9 people.

It has four bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with two single beds in each, and another bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a single sofa bed. In total there are 3 full bathrooms with showers, one of them en-suite in the master bedroom.

As you enter, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa and a nice seating area next to a dining room, with the kitchen separate from the living room, equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking less than 200 metres from the apartment.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
