About the host
Hosted by Nicola Berryman

My name is Nicola, I have worked in hospitality for 30 years. The Ravensbury for 20 years,
it has been a guesthouse in the past, however with changing needs and desires it is now a holiday home. Situated in an area of outstanding beauty. For me it is a gorgeous house spread over 3 floors and views out of every window. It is one of the original houses first built in Pentire in 1883, with fields all around and a mud track to get to it. However now it is situated in a much sort after area.

What makes this property unique
Fistral Beach is 5 mins walk from The Ravensbury so there is no stress with parking. If you bring dogs the headland and Gannel is 5 to 10 minuets walk away. You have the choice of Fistral Beach, Crantock Beach or The Gannel all within walking distance. Newquay Town centre is 5 mins drive away, which has many more beaches you can visit. The Ravensbury is not situated near the town so there is not the hustle and bustle at night so for young families with grand parents its just the ticket.
