The apartment is on the 4th Floor and no lift the place was excellent but it lack bath towels and was promise it would be drop off trying to get hold of anyone was near impossible with message left and no response also the stay was from 16:00hrs and had a text the following day that we had to leave by 10:00hrs when on the original booking was for 11:hrs.
