APARTMENT WITH ROOF TERRACE! Bright and lovely apartment with roof terrace. In the heart of the historic center of Rome near Piazza Navona and Pantheon, equipped with free wi-fi and air conditioning.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historical building dated back to ‘600, with no lift. It can accomodate up to 5 people. The apartment has a living area with sofa convertible to a double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen, a wide bathroom with shower, a bright double bedroom with vaulted ceiling with frescos and a small single room. From the living room you can access to a roof terrace where you can admire the typical roman red roofs and enjoy a rich breakfast under the sun!
The apartment has another small terrace near the single room.

Perfect stay in Rome!

The apartment was perfectly located: 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, 10 to the pantheon, Vatican, Castel St Angelo and the Trevi Fountain. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was just as shown. Communication was excellent and we would recommend the car service to and from the airport, a little bit more expensive but very reliable. Overall we had the most wonderful 4 days and would highly recommend this accommodation - even the steps to the apartment wouldn’t put us off! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous Location

Perfekte Lage, schön und sauber

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, man kann von dort die ganze Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad ist modern, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Check-in hat auch ganz entspannt funktioniert. 100% zu empfehlen!

Little joy

I stayed here with my mum who is 75. The stairs were a little challenging each day but she is in good health but her knees can get sore so if we had been walking lots or particularly on the day we walk up St Peter’s the climb home was a challenge but she managed it. The joy was the roof top terrace. It made the climb up the stairs worth it. Having the natural light and outdoor space was refreshing even in winter. My mum is very outdoorsy and has a garden and chickens at home . We had been in quite closed off apartments in Florence and bologna so this was very peaceful for us.

Great location, comfortable space

The location was awesome for touring the city. There are a lot of hallways. The living room was comfortable for hanging out in the evenings/mornings. Staff were communicative when we had appliance questions. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Maybe add a curtain to the hallway bed space for a tiny bit of privacy. Thank you!

Para vivir la experiencia romana completa

El apartamento tenía mucho encanto. Desde el edificio, antiguo, hasta el propio alojamiento. Si bien es cierto que se nota que es un inmueble viejo que necesita algunas reparaciones y puesta a punto, pero el encanto del lugar está asegurado. Esos días hizo mucho calor y se agradecía el aire acondicionado en el salón y la habitación. Eso una pena que precisamente por el calor no se pudiera disfrutar plenamente de la terraza, que es todo un desahogo. El apartamento en sí es funcional y la estancia resulta agradable, si quieres relajarte un poco y huir de la ciudad porque aunque está en el centro, la calle es tranquilla. Lo más destacable es su ubicación, perfecta para ir al supermercado, de tiendas, restaurantes y algunos de los sitios más emblemáticos de la ciudad, como la Plaza de España. Destacable también el papel de Filippo, quien fue nuestro "host" y se encargó de explicarnos todo y darnos las llaves del apartamento. Fue amable, encantador y servicial. Cinco estrellas para él. También mencionar que nos facilitaron la contratación de un servicio de taxi privado que nos esperaba en el aeropuerto y nos llevó al apartamento. Enrico, el conductor, fue muy amable y profesional en todo momento. Cinco estrellas para él también. Aconsejamos a los propietarios la revisión de algunos elementos como la cama de matrimonio o en la cocina, las juntas de la encimera. Gracias por todo.

First trip in Roma, not the last !

What a chance we had to book this flat with a sympatic rooftop. Everything was as described and expected. The procedure to Book and for the check-in and check-out was very easy with the staff in charge who done their best to gave us their better advices. You can access to all the main monuments by walking. We will come back for more nights next Time 😉

Steep steps to spacious retreat

What a relief to arrive to the air conditioning after a long walk from train station followed by a few flights of stairs up. The place is mostly functional and nicely decorated. Note that a few doorways are low so tall people have to duck head down. We had to manage electrical usage because of circuit breaker popping. Understandable given the age of the building and area. For example can’t use clothes washer at same time as both a/c units. But they forewarned us and gave guidance on the remedy. Quiet street but still fairly close to several sights.

Excellent location

My family of four enjoyed our stay here. Pros: location, location, location. It is central to all the places to see in Rome and we walked everywhere. Great, quiet little street. The bedroom has tall ceilings, it’s huge and has its own AC unit. There is a nice little veranda to have coffee in morning or wine at night. The communication was great and they were very accommodating to our hour early arrival. Cons: there are 83 stairs to the apartment—not too difficult for those who are in pretty good shape., but might be difficult if there are any health or mobility issues. There are only two AC units. There is a twin bed in a hallway leading to the bedroom that is unusable in the summer due to the heat and no AC. The kitchen is very small—we didn’t really use it except to make sandwiches or coffee. Think a very small walk in closet. Overall we really enjoyed our little apartment in Rome!

Was a great place ! Very spacious, clean , and modern. Management company was very easy to deal with and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends. There are a lot of stairs but that was not an issue for us.

Great place!

The property was great. A/C was on and cooling at arrival. We needed it after a day in Rome and the walk up the stairs at the flat. The balcony was so nice for a drink after a long day. Quiet and comfy bed. Excellent water pressure for the shower. Filippo left us excellent suggestions for dinner. GREAT place to stay for 4.

A Quiet Respite

I learned to appreciate the quiet neighbor where our roof to apartment was located. We were walking distance to every attraction and historical site. Plus just a few doors away were every convenience. My favorite part of the spacious apartment was the roof top terrace.
