Perfect break away

The accommodation was to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Very simple to find and a great location for whitstable, Tankwrton and Herne bay

after everything was sorted out it was ok

no key in key safe no heating or hot water to begin with no duvets on the bed or in the place no message sent to phone with code old icecream in freezer. Reception very kind and helpful

Caravan not been cleaned

Lovely caravan, nice spot, albeit difficult to find as its in cove bay, and nothing explains where it is unless you get the neighbours involved! Caravan dirty, fridge filthy, hair on rugs and cushions, debris on floors, could do qith a good clean, i think the cleaners only put a bit of bleach down toilet and walk out! And that being legt looks like pee! We only stayed one night, didnt think we would have to clean it 1st, so left early, so maybe the cleaners have an extra day to clean it properly! Wont be back!
