Insgesamt sehr zufrieden trotz ein paar Kleinigkeiten

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Was uns jedoch gestört hat, ist der Schloß - der ist mehr oder weniger symbolisch, nur zum Zuschnappen, nicht zum Abschliessen. Dabei hat die Wohnung sogar einen Safe, der ist aber so winzig, dass da praktisch nur ein Geldbeutel oder ein Handy reinpassen würde - kein Notebook oder Tablett. Ein ordentlicher Safe wäre eine große Hilfe.

Zentrale Lage in einem schönen Ferienort

Das Apartment hat eine gute Größe und liegt sehr zentral an der Hauptstraße die abends zur Fußgängerzone wird und zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars sowie Geschäfte vertreten sind. Dies bringt alle Vor- und Nachteile der zentralen Lage mit sich. Kurze Wege zum schönen Strand und den Geschäften und eben auch eine gewisse Grundlautstärke. Der Bodendes Apartments war leider nicht sehr sauber die Ausstattung ist aberhervorragend. Der Balkon ist klein, ist aber für ein Frühstück und ein Gas Wein am Abend ausreichend.

Vacanza fuori stagione

Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere qualche giorno, fuori stagione, a Formentera. L'appartamento, da subito, si è presentato rispondente alle ns necessità. Pulito, posizionato centralmente, di recente ristrutturazione e con due bagni, uno con bidet. Davvero una ottima suzione abitativa.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment on the top floor of a residential apartment block,

Great clean and quiet apartment with a lovely sunny balcony, great for watching the world pass by, 200 metres from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and really nice shops, not the usual tourist tat!! Rent a bicycle around the corner and pedal to some of the best beaches in Europe 20 mins away. It’s definitely not polished chrome and mirrors etc but because it’s actually a residential apartment block It felt as though I actually lived there with the smell of the neighbours lovely food cooking and kids playing outside. Good value for money. I’d definitely recommend this.

He estado muy a gusto. Hay una habitación que es demasiado pequeña para 2 camas, pero , en contrapunto, el apartamento cuenta con 2 cuartos de baño!

Soggiorno splendido, Formentera non delude mai, impossibile trovare un difetto a questo Paradiso!

Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, molto luminoso, in posizione centralissima, ma al tempo stesso tranquilla. Impagabile la comodità dei due bagni se si soggiorna in quattro persone. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Tutto questo ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto.

Schönes Appartment

Ein schönes Appartment mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Die neue moderne Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, 2 neue Bäder, gute Matratzen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Lediglich die übrige Möblierung könnte mal erneuert werden (besonders die 70er-Jahre-Couch). Da wir das jedoch von unserer Insel gewohnt sind (wir kommen seit 35 Jahren!), haben wir uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt. Etwas gestört haben uns auf dem Balkon die Abgase der Autos und der unzähligen Roller; aber dafür kann ja die Wohnung nichts. Während des Kochens auf dem Induktionsherd ging plötzlich der Strom in der gesamten Wohnung aus. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Senor Reyes, dem Verwalter, der das Problem umgehend gelöst hat. Auch hat die Übergabe sowie hinterher die Abgabe der Schlüssel sowie die Abrechnung hervorragend geklappt. Senor Reyes war immer pünktlich zur Stelle. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub auf unserer Insel Formentera.

Perfetto !

Ho alloggiato con altri amici in questo appartamento in piena stagione questa estate e mi sono trovato davvero bene. Senza ombra dubbio il punto di forza e senz'altro la posizione in pienissimo centro a 2 passi dalla spiagga, market e macelleria esattamente sotto casa e tutto sommato di notte si dorme anche in quanto la via sul quale si affaccia è abbastanza silenziosa. La proprietaria e il referente in loco sono molto disponibili e le comunicazioni avvengono velocemente e chiaramente. Il locale è ben tenuto e funzionale lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione la prossima volta. Se devo trovare piccolezze migliorabili sicuramente l'aggiunta di una cassaforte digitale al posto di quella corrente e un trattamento anti-formiche nella casa/condizionatore.

Sentirsi a casa in vacanza.....

Sono stata in questo splendido appartamento con una coppia di amici per una settimana a fine maggio,ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal mare e con tutte le comodita' intorno,ambiente nuovo,accogliente,ben arredato e dotato di ogni confort! Molto piacevole l'accoglienza al nostro arrivo e tutto il periodo del soggiorno! Consigliatissimo!!!

appartamento nuovo e favoloso!

abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza in 6 persone in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo: nuovo, arredato con semplicità e con stile moderno ed essenziale.i bagni sono nuovissimi e funzionali. c'è l'aria condizionata in entrambe le camere e anche nel soggiorno/cucina.il supermercato è sotto casa, i locali sono vicinissimi ma non si sentono i rumori perchè le finestre sono nuove e isolanti. rientrare dalla spiaggia in questo bellissimo appartamento e trovarlo fresco ed accogliente è stato come sentirsi a casa. consigliamo a tutti di trascorrere una settimana di vacanza a formentera in questo appartamento!

Un incantevole soggiorno

Sono tornata una settimana fa da es pujols il paradiso terrestre,inoltre.se si soggiorna in un appartamento così grazioso e fornito di tutti i comfort,pulito e soprattutto al centro del paese adiacente al supermercato,alla macelleria all agenzia dei motorini e ristoranti e negozi cosa potrei aggiungere??ah si che l appartamento è proprio a due passi dal mare.Quindi per concludere ringrazio la sign.orlandini per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità e il suo collaboratore rosell.Consiglio chiunque volesse soggiornare ad es pujols ad affidarsi alla signora Orlandini.ps:ci ritornerò sicuramente

Es pujols: LUMINOSO E FANTASTICO APPARTAMENTO

Siamo stati la prima settimana di agosto ad es pujols, abbiamo trovato questo appartamento Nuovo carino e pulito, come descritto nella recensione in ogni singolo dettaglio, ottima posizione per andare in tutte le spiaggie più' belle dell'isola, proprietario davvero gentile e l'incaricato ad aprirci ugualmente. SUGGERISCO PER 6 persone , veramente fantastico. NN LASCIATEVELO SCAPPARE

Appartamento perfetto

I miei amici ed io ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio in questo appartamento, complice forse la luminosità e gli interni chiari delle stanze. Cucina nuova ed efficiente. Una terrazza che si affacciava sul centro, a pochi metri dal mare. Insomma, un soggiorno perfetto.
