Villa Niso, a brand new villa, is the ultimate retreat where guests can enjoy relaxation and luxury and is ideal for groups and families, as it can host up to 2-4 guests. The perfect destination for your vacation in Crete and the perfect combination of contemporary architecture and gorgeous views. It is located a few km from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna with turquoise waters.

Villa Niso is a one-floor villa that consists of three airy bedrooms and is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, there is also a living room with a smart TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is well-organized with all the electrical appliances. The wonderful sense of transparency is provided by the extensive use of glass with large windows, which creates the illusion of a wide-open residence. The modern design in combination with the elements of minimalism creates the perfect home for you to relax and enjoy your stay!
