Apartment a few steps from the large and welcoming beach in a quiet area away from the nightlife, a few steps from the sea and in the town center.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a large living room, an American kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a balcony overlooking the pool, in a rather quiet area. to be in the center of Es Pujols. Agreements are in place to obtain discounts on the rental of cars, scooters and bicycles. During the stay no tourist services such as linen changes and periodic cleaning are provided.

Excellent location, great facilities

Excellent location just five minutes walk from the town beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Apartment had everything you needed apart from a kettle which would have been good but we didn’t ask for one which I’m sure the owner would have got us if we had. Just be aware that the swimming pool is not heated as this isn’t mentioned in the advert

Appartamento comodo, pulito, cucina fornita di tutto anche se la piastra per cucinare non funzionava ma me ne è stata data subito un'altra. Posizione tranquilla e vicino al mare, supermercati e negozi.

La casa si trova in un OTTIMA POSTAZIONE, condominio tranquillo, piscina più che che confortevole.

Eravamo 3 coppie, la casa è composta da due camere e un letto singol compreso di cassettone apribile con materasso, e si trova nel salotto/ cucinaera meglio un divano letto, ma comunque un ottima esperienza.

Tutto perfetto - Casa grande e vicinissima al centro di Es Pujols

Come dal titolo, ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa è spaziosa e pulita. A 100mt dalla spaggia e dal centro di Es Pujols. Check-in e Check-out senza nessun tipo di problema e puntualissimi. Unici piccoli difetti, le pareti molto sottili con il vicinato e la doccia leggermente piccolina, ma nel complesso un ottimo appartamento per trascorrere un soggiorno a Formentera a un minuto a piedi dai locali e i ristoranti per la sera, avendo molta tranquillità intorno nel momento in cui si vuole riposare. Ringrazio i proprietari per la loro estrema disponibilità e chiarezza nella fase di prenotazioni e pernottamento.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 6/08/2017 al 13/08/2017. L'appartamento è in un bella posizione limitrofe al centro raggiungibile a piedi a tutti i servizi. E' ampio, pulito e arredato in modo semplice. Sia i proprietari che il referente a Es Pujols sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili. Da provare assolutamente!

Spazioso ma trascurato

L'appartamento è molto spazioso (2 camere da letto più un divano letto per un totale di 7 posti letto!) e pulito, ma purtroppo un po' trascurato e senza aria condizionata. E' a pochi minuti dal centro, ma lontano dal caos del lungomare. Tutto sommato consigliabile.

Ideale per una vacanza

Ottimo appartamento situato a due passi dal centro di es pujols il residence ha una comodissima piscina esposta al sole fino alle 6 del pomeriggio . La casa é ben strutturata due spaziose camere da letto con armadi capienti in totale i posti letto possono arrivare anche a 6 contando il divano della sala. Cambio asciugamani puntuale . Cucina con fornelli a induzione . No forno no microonde . Unica nota dolente è la ricezione del Wi-Fi che serve tutto il complesso del residence , segnale debole sul versante cucina camera da letto più forte sul lato balcone che affaccia sulla piscina ma comunque molto instabile . Siamo stati a maggio e abbiamo goduto della tranquillità e la comodità necessaria . Attenzione alle pareti molto sottili alle spalle delle camere da letto , l appartamento alle nostre spalle è stato occupato gli ultimi giorni da persone molto cortesi ma di notte si sente tutto (.......) per cui se aveste vicini rumorosi o notte fondari armatevi di santa pazienza . Gli sconti applicati dal negozio di bici e scooter "convenzionati" con la proprietà non sono comunque i migliori, girando un po' sull isola soprattutto se cercate fuori da es pujols troverete scooter a prezzi giornalieri molto più vantaggiosi.

Ottima soluzione

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per una settimana e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Pulito e funzionale a pochi passi dal centro. L'unica pecca è che non è fornito di parcheggio privato quindi è un po' difficoltoso trovare posto soprattutto se ci si sposta in macchina, ma con un po' di fortuna si trova un posticino nella strada. Assolutamente consigliato.

Eravamo un gruppo di 5 ragazze. Appartamento ,funzionale e pulito si trova in un residence molto carino in una posizione centralissima ,ci siamo trovate molto bene.la proprietaria è molto disponibile .appena siamo arrivate al porto di formentera,ci siamo messe in contatto con un referente di fiducia della proprietaria il quale è stato molto gentile e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Soggiorno a 4 stelle!super consigliato

UNA SETTIMANA INDIMENTICABILE

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 01 al 10 ottobre 2014 in questo bell'appartamento vicinissimo al mare e a tutte le comodità. La posizione è ottima, la zona tranquilla. Il tutto corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione sul sito. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente ai nostri amici.

Ottima posizione, confortevole e pulito!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 2/8 al 9/8 2014, l'appartamento è confortevole, pulito e funzionale. La posizione è più che ottima, 100 metri dalla spiaggia. Consiglio questo appartamento a gruppi di ragazzi che come noi vogliono trascorrere una settimana a Formentera. Unico difetto: ogni tanto il WIFI non funzionava.
