Rent a hundred meters from the beach, in a quiet area away from the nightlife, large and welcoming apartment, consisting of two bedrooms, one double and the second with three single beds, a large living room and American kitchen, two bathrooms with shower , a balcony overlooking the pool. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and is very convenient to shops, restaurants, and means of transport (taxi, bus, bicycle and moped rental). Ideal geographical setting for a holiday for couples but also for families with children. Agreements are in place to obtain discounts on the rental of cars, scooters and bicycles. During the stay no tourist services such as linen changes and periodic cleaning are provided.

Boho

The property is in a perfect location, a minute from central Pujols, yet silent day and night, with beautiful views over the pool at the front and a green, wooded area at the back. The flat, it must be said, is shabby; however, it mostly conforms to the distressed Boho aesthetic of Formentera and just about gets away with it. Only the kitchen and the electrics are truly shocking, and there is no washing machine. Perfect for groups of late teens and early 20s, which is the target market for flats of this type.

Wir sind von der Insel begeistert! Die Unterkunft hielt leider nicht das, was sie versprochen hatte. Nächtlicher Lärm durch Straßenverkehr und lärmende Hausmitbewohner. Das Appartement war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber könnte dringend eine Renovierung gebrauchen ….

L'appartement est très correct, hormis que l'on nous a pas changé les serviettes et les draps au milieu du séjour comme prévu. Il manque une cafetière électrique.

Unterkunft in super Lage, Einrichtung zweckmäßig

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, bis zum Strand, dem Supermarkt und Restaurants sind es nur ein paar Schritte, trotzdem ist die Umgebung ruhig. Geschirr ist in absolut ausreichendem Maße vorhanden, das Kochgeschirr ist etwas alt. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs und wollten nicht jeden Abend ins Restaurant. Die Kochmöglichkeiten sind eingeschränkt. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas abgewohnt, aber durchaus zweckmäßig. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Der Verwalter der Ferienwohnung ist äußerst zuverlässig und sofort da, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Insgesamt kann ich die Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

Ottimo per soggiorno di famiglia con bambini

Appartamento ampio , luminoso e accogliente in zona silenziosa . Arredamento e attrezzature confortevoli . Comodissima la piscina per rinfrescarsi appena tornati dal mare . Vicinissimo alla spiaggia . Sicuramente lo consiglio .

Posizione buona,appartamento sporco e mal tenuto. Pavimento rotto,tutto un po' trasandato.

La posizione dell'appartamento è buona. Al nostro arrivo lo abbiamo trovato molto sporco e nonostante sia stato pulito,su nostra richiesta,è rimasto sporco. Il pavimento della zona giorno è rovinato e rotto. Il bagno non è per nulla comodo,vecchio è tenuto male. Unica nota positiva il terrazzo.

BELLEZZA, INCANTO E NOSTALGIA.

BELLEZZA perchè è un bellissimo residence, come potete vedere dotato anche di piscina. La cordialità e la professionalità dei proprietari Maria e Guido e la simpatia del gestore Reyes valorizzano maggiormente questa struttura. INCANTO perchè è situata in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere in 3 minuti la spiaggia di Es Pujols e i locali e i negozietti più rinomati di Formentera. NOSTALGIA perchè sono trascorsi solamente 10 giorni dal nostro ritorno, ma non vediamo l'ora di tornare a FORMENTERA e perchè no, alloggiare nuovamente in questa struttura! FORMENTERA NEL CUORE.

Soggiorno perfetto

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo appartamento, molto ampio e ben arredato con tutto il necessario a disposizione, perfino gli ombrelloni per la spiaggia. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro e a tutti i ristoranti. Organizzazione perfetta. Lo consiglio sicuramente!

L'APPARTAMENTO E' POSIZIONATO A POCHI METRI DAL CENTRO DI ES PUJOLS IN IN UNA POSIZIONE OTTIMALE CHE GARANTISCE TRANQULLITA' NOTTURNA ED AL TEMPO STESSO VICINANZA AL CENTRO DI ES PUJOLS. IN MENO DI 5 MINUTI A PIEDI SI RAGGIUNGONO LA SPIAGGIA, E LA ZONA CHE CONCENTRA IL MAGGIOR NUMERO DI LOCALI (RISTORANTI, BAR, DISCOTECHE). Appartamento costamar per 7 persone

La signora Orlandini è gentilissima e ha diversi appartamenti in Es Pujol. L'appartamento che abbiamo scelto è confortevole e ordinato, in una posizione perfetta nel pieno centro di Es Pujol, vicino ai locali e al mare. Il servizio del proprietario è stato quello richiesto. Gentilissimo anche il signor Reyes, sempre disponibile. È stato un soggiorno perfetto per una vacanza indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo sia per le compagnie che per le coppie.

Per un soggiorno comodo al centro di formentera

L'appartamento è come nelle foto pubblicate dal proprietario. E' una giusta grandezza anche per 2 coppie di amici. E' al centro di es pujols, un po' rumoroso perché non essendoci l'aria condizionata si deve dormire con le finestre aperte e anche le mura sono molto sottili. Ma questo direi che è l'unico difetto, per il resto una sistemazione molto confortevole, con anche un comodo terrazziono. c'è anche il wifi. I proprietari sono stati particolarmente gentili, cosa che è ormai diventata un'eccezione per gli appartamenti a formentera.

"Alloggio come da descrizione del proprietario, pulito ed ordinato, tutto funzionante. La posizione dell''alloggio è centrale ma silenzioso, con vicinanza alla spiaggia. I proprietario sono stati molto gentili, nonchè disponibili durante il soggiorno. Mi sono trovata bene e spero di ritornarci anche l''anno prossimo."
