Why they chose this property

The apartment comprises the top two floors of a Victorian mid-terrace building which used to be an old Sea Captain’s house.

The first floor includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a master bedroom with a superking-sized double bed, reading lamps with integrated USB charging points, a vanity basin unit, and an en-suite shower room with WC. Two further bedrooms are located on the second floor each of which include two single beds.

The living area consists of sofas, coffee table, corner unit including a smart TV and DVD player, and double ‘French-style’ windows leading out onto the full length balcony that provides panoramic views over the town, the turquoise water and sandy beaches, and the rolling hills beyond.

The kitchen is well equipped, including all items you may typically need during your stay.

The parking for the property is a designated private parking space for a single car in the residential parking area above Shadycombe public carpark.

We do allow young children, but note that use of the apartment and balcony is at your own risk.
