Welcome to this beautiful villa in Italy.
A few meters from the sea, with an exclusive view of the Isuledda beach, this villa is a delightful location that develops on one floor and that will welcome you in its comfortable living room with large window furnished with two comfortable sofas and a table for 6. people.
The Space:
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to make your holiday unique: hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, fan oven, washing machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, utensils and crockery. Connected to the living area is also a large covered veranda ideal for breakfasts, aperitifs, lunches and dinners with friends. The extendable table with which it is equipped can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. But sit on the wicker sofas and armchairs to treat yourself to a breathtaking sunset or pleasant hours to spend in company or simply reading a book.
The house is perfect for hosting families or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 ensuite bathrooms as well as another service bathroom. The house also has an annex consisting of a bedroom with bathroom and shower.
The large outdoor garden will give you the opportunity to unwind in total relaxation by the pool with its infinity edge that seems to plunge into the open sea. Here you will find sunbeds for tanning but where you can also stay quietly in the shade surrounded by greenery, the scent of the Mediterranean scrub and the turquoise of the beautiful coasts of Sardinia. A barbecue is also available.
Leave here for a splendid excursion to the island of Tavolara or its splendid marine park or, again, to discover Cala Brandinchi or Cala d'Ambra. Olbia - Costa Smeralda airport is only 20 kilometers away. There is a tennis court and a golf course nearby.
