Alojamiento maravilloso

Realmente és una alojamiento con todas las comodidades, cuidado al detalle y una ubicación inmejorable. Gracias por la atención de Nerea y sin duda si volvemos a Salamanca pensaremos en éste apartamento.

Cute property, great location

Very nicely appointed three bedroom suite all with decent size bedrooms. Two minute walk to Playa Mayor as well as some older churches. We were pleased it had a washer and hanging rack and all kitchen amenities. There were a few things missing that we contacted Nerea about and she was quick to answer our concerns and provide those items. Beautiful views of the local church.

Great location & clean, but not w/o issues

As a frequent traveler of Salamanca I wish I could give this apartment a better review, but there were too many unresolved issues. To start with, one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable. This was communicated immediately, yet left unaddressed for a week this included a broken toilet seat, shower door & no hot water. Apparently the property manager was aware of these issues before I arrived. Dryer as mentioned by another reviewer does not fully dry clothing, I never could get the stove to work and the only tv also had issues, but was resolved after complaint. Outside windows also doesn’t fully open which is needed during hot summer months. Furniture was very nice and as stated in the title excellent location and cleanliness. This apartment would be ideal for short stays.

Great property, great location

Property is next to everything you want to see in Salamanca. For check in, property manager met us at the door with keys and gave us a quick tour of property, very friendly. Other than dryer not properly working, property was fantastic all around. Highly recommend.
