Booked this property last year and it was exactly what I needed So I booked it again for Thanksgiving weekend Convenient, clean, well appointed and comfortable Even liked the bottle of tequila and two shot glasses to welcome me!

It was clean and comfortable, was able to park inside behind gate which was a good thing. Not too far from the beach. Good view from the balcony of the beach and surroundings and to chill and grill...

Parking is not the greatest and if you are a coffee drinker be sure to bring filters for the coffee machine (not provide).

Great Place!

Very clean and safe studio apartment. There's also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The host speaks good English too so you don't have to stress about your Spanish skills. We will definitely stay hear again. Thank you for everything Rosy!

First Family Vacation To Mexico

This was our families first visit to Mexico, we were in a perfect location near alot of different restaurants, beach and family activities. Great communication with the owner from the beginning till the end. I have no complaints about rosy place. I will be back again.

Upon arrival. I was greeted by Rosaura. She was great and they guy (sorry, i forgot his name) that was with her was very nice and helpful. The location is great. Close to everything fun. The room was pretty good. Was provided with everything needed to be comfortable.

The apartment was cute, clean, and comfortable. The owner, Rosie, is very sweet and accomodating. She left a little bottle of tequila for us with 2 shot glasses too!

Rosie is the best! Super comfy stay!

It's just as the listing says. Rosie is very sweet and bi-lingual, she is very welcoming and gives you a tour of the place lets you know how to reach her and that's it. She answers fast. A/C is awesome. Nice shower. All appliance work very well. And the places is a very nice size. And it's close to the best beach in my opinion.

Quick Getaway

We planned a quick Getaway for the weekend. The Studio was perfect for us. It was clean and located close enough to everything and everywhere we wanted to go and Do. Host was very kind and Welcoming.
