Granville Heights - welcoming 3-bed family home
Granville House has recently been refurbished to provide attractive and welcoming accommodation ideal for families visiting Eastbourne.
Set in the lower Meads area of Eastbourne, it is a short walk to the seafront or to the village shops, cafes and pubs of Meads village. Eastbourne town centre is also just 15 minutes walk away with a wider choice of eateries, the Beacon shopping centre, multiplex Cineworld and several theatres.
This detached, two-storey family house has three bedrooms - sleeping up to six people.
The master bedroom is a super-kingsize, with an ensuite shower room. The second and third bedrooms are both twins - giving five separate beds in total. So as well as suiting families, this flexible accommodation is ideal for friends or colleagues sharing.
Downstairs has a spacious lounge with several sofas and armchairs around the flatscreen smart TV. French doors open to the front patio area, complete with outdoor seating area and leading on to a spacious driveway which can fit three or four cars.
There is a separate dining kitchen which overlooks a large, grassy rear garden. Well equipped, this homely space has a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. A utility cupboard tidily hides a washing machine and tumble dryer.
This floor also boasts a small study where you can catch up on work emails (if you have to!), and the super speed Lightning Fibre WiFi will then prove very handy. There is also a WC on this level.
Upstairs, as well as the three bedrooms, is the main family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
Linen and regular towels are provided (pack your beach towels). No pets permitted. Let us know if you need a travel cot supplying (you'd need to bring cot bedding) for this Exclusively Eastbourne property.
