Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
My bad experience.
We made a reservation on october the 8th for this Apartment that was well organisation. 3 days prior the arrival I receive a message from FLH, the organisation in Lisbon ( Portugal) that manage this Apartment saying that it is no more available. At that moment they were offering us a replacement for another Duplex smaller ( 60 m^2 compare to 98m^2). Similar Apartment for my group of 3 adults. The Apartment was also further away from downtown Lisbon. Considéring the Time left to find another Apartment, we had no choice to accept the move.
The Check-in was at 15:00 and we were at the Apartment right on Time. The contact to open the doors was a bit difficult and the cleaning service arrive at 15:05 to clean the organisation.
I don’t understand why I received an e-mail from you on november 1st That I was going to received a refund that did not occur.
On the FLH web site the new Apartment was cheaper than the one we were supposed to have first.
For all those reasons, I feel like having received a bad expérience in Lisbon.
In the last 8 years I have been doing business with VRBO. This has been my first realy bad expérience. I don’t know what you can do with it but I am waiting for an answer from you.
To conclude I am more disapointed toward FLH than VRBO
