The location of the property is ideal, directly across from the Aguille and one block from the main tourist streets.
The parking garage is quite expensive so add that to your expenses as parking is not included.
Check-in was fairly easy with the main office in the same plaza as the apartment where you use a code to access the key box.
The apartment itself was very disappointing though. The patio table is in shambles with exposed nails and parts of the top broken off. The chairs are not like the listing photos.
The sofa does not have a cover and is a bit gross.
The kitchen does not come with tea or coffee, salt or pepper, or anything other than utensils to cook. No napkins or paper towels. This was disappointing because we wanted to cook meals and have coffee but still had to go out to purchase these things.
The bedrooms were very dark which was great but the beds are not comfortable.
The worst part was how absolutely disgusting the floors were. Hair and dirt everywhere. They had not been cleaned for SEVERAL guests. I have my own short term rentals and would never present them in this condition. It was very uncomfortable and dirty.
