Luxury centrally located apartment, 50m from main lift.
Awesome new build centrally located apartment within 50m/1-2 min walk from main Pleney bubble lift. I love the convenience and easy living of this apartment. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath. Amazing and spacious living space breakfast bar and kitchen with island. Large balcony south facing and one smaller side balcony east facing. Good size kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. all utensils and pans for your use as well as some dried pantry items (herbs etc).
Living space includes TV, large comfy sofas. There are numerous kids and grown -ups games as well as a selection of books to cater all ages.
Car lift with lockable garage plus a parking space below ground. Ski lockers with heated boot racks.
I have my own T and Cs and require a refundable £1000 security deposit payable the week before arrival and refunded after satisfactory pre-inspection departure. This will be refunded to you the day you depart.
Living space includes TV, large comfy sofas. There are numerous kids and grown -ups games as well as a selection of books to cater all ages.
