It is surrounded by green vegetation and faces the beautiful Adriatic Sea, which can be seen from every room of the villa. Villa has 4 luxurious A/C bedrooms with double beds. The bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The ground floor has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a pool. There is an outdoor dining room and an indoor dining area that seats 8 people. There is an outdoor gas grill next to the outdoor dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances.
The first floor has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large terrace with a relaxing hot tub.
There is also a gym, childrens playground and an outdoor kitchen available!
