In each villa, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen open to the bright dining area, a living room with smart TV, a toilet and a laundry area. On the first floor, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers, a twin bedroom, a third double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning system and mosquito nets.

The property is located in a wonderful area of Le Marche's inland, just a few km away from Sant'Angelo in Pontano, where you will find all the main services.

There are several famous spots in the area, from Tolentino to San Ginesio, as well as the famous Monti Sibillini National Park with the highest peaks in the region. Urbisaglia and its Roman site are just 15km away as is the famous Fiastra Abbey. In about 40 minutes you can reach the town of Fermo and the coastline, while for all shopping lovers, the high fashion outlets in Civitanova Marche are a real must!
