Villas Loukas is the ideal location for those who don’t want to drive on vacation. This luxurious villa is just a 5-minute walk away from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Sivota. Visit to relax on the beach or go on an adventure and take a tour of ancient world heritage sights in Albania or book a private yacht for the day around Paxos and Anti Paxos. This contemporary villa is situated on the edge of Sivota village, very close to the peaceful bay of Karvouno. All floors have a balcony or access to terraces, and there is an additional living area and kitchenette on the lower floor. We recommend this villa for a couple or a family with older children, who might also enjoy the freedom of being able to wander down to the beach bar and restaurant close by. The pretty harbor of Sivota with its pretty tavernas, cafes and bars are within walking distance, as is Bella Vraka beach which has excellent water sports such as canoeing and sailing. Villa Loukas can be booked with neighboring Villa Amalia for two families or a group of friends on vacation together. They are entirely separate properties with hedges in-between for privacy. We suggest that before you set off, you acquaint yourselves with the way your odometer works. In most cars it is electronic. To reset most of these models, you need to press the button until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero.  Keep in mind that driving in Greece is on the Right side of the road. Please take care driving as there may be wild cattle on the road. The following directions will take you out of Preveza airport and through the tunnel and northwards along the Epiros Coast, towards Parga and Sivota. Please take care driving these roads. DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION (from Preveza Airport) 1. Drive to the airport exit and turn LEFT (towards Preveza). Carry on along this road and through the tunnel. (3 Euro for the Toll) 2. After exiting the tunnel, you will see a sign reading ‘IGOUMENITSA straight & PREVEZA right’ Continue STRAIGHT. You are now on the main road to IGOUMENITSA, PARGA. Continue along this road for a further 84 km. When you reach Plataria village turn left on the roundabout towards Sivota. 3. Drive for approximately ten Kilometres with the sea on your right. This road brings you directly into SIVOTA. Cross the roundabout and take the immediate road on your right having the Parking area and the Kiosk on your left. Follow the road till you come to the square. There is also an ATM cash machine on your left. Turn right on the one-way drive road towards the harbour and continue driving on the paved road until you see Filakas Hotel on your right and Scuba Diving on your left. Head up the hill and keep left. You then come to a junction with a wooden telegraph post in front of you. Turn right here. After 30m Villa Loukas is on your left. Villa Loukas is the second - lower house. Welcome to Villa Loukas!
