From the windows of the living area and the bedrooms, you can catch a glimpse of the Grand Canal and, walking down the street, you will find yourself in the heart of Venice with its shops, taverns and wine bars.

To make sure you don't miss anything during your stay, the apartment is equipped with autonomous heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, hairdryer, iron, TV, as well as all the kitchen appliances and utensils, including a wine cellar.

Thanks to its excellent location, you can reach the Rialto Bridge in just 2 minutes and St. Mark's Square in 10 minutes. The vaporetto stops located just a few steps away will allow you to reach the main points of the city such as Piazzale Roma, the Santa Lucia train station, the Marco Polo airport or other islands of the lagoon.

Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required. Pets are not allowed.
