Great view of the Adriatic
Property was large and well equipped. It could easily sleep six. The patio and sea access made the apartment a five star. The only drawbacks were the lack of a lift and very slow internet.

Home away from home
We loved our stay in this lovely holiday home. The sea view from the terrace is spectacular. The home is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, do laundry, enjoy the sea, and relax. Parking is very easy. The walk into town in under 5 minutes. A great base for exploring the area! The hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. We would love to return soon.

Nous avons été très bon accueillis par Ilyo et Maria Antonetta 😊 Le logement est propre spacieux et très agréable. Le comble du luxe, chambre vue sur la mer ! En contrebas un emplacement privé avec une vue grandiose sur la mer adriatique pour bronzer où aller nager. L’eau est d’une clarté incroyable. Nous avons apprécié le calme, peu de logements étaient occupés en juin. La plénitude était totale. C’est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Nous reviendrons très certainement . Merci à vous deux

Un superbe séjour
Appartement très agréable avec vue directe sur la mer. On descend quelques escaliers et on peut se baigner dans les rochers. Un emplacement nous est réservé sur les terrasses qui descendent vers la mer. Propriétaires très sympathiques. je recommande vivement !

Sehr schöne, grosse und helle Wohnung mit fehlendem Privatsphären- Abstrich
Die Wohnung ist in echt noch besser als auf den Fotos. Gross, sauber und mit einer Traumaussicht aufs offene Meer. Klimanlange gibt es im unteren Stockwerk und im Elternschlafzimmer oben. Das Kinderzimmer hat keine Klimaanlage. Diese darf nach 23 Uhr auch nicht mehr eingeschaltet sein. Man soll sich bewusst sein, dass man direkt mit den Besitzern Tür an Tür wohnt und die Terrasse nicht unterteilt ist. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber jemand der seine Privatsphäre möchte ist hier nicht glücklich. Die Lage in Santa Cesarea ist top! Man kann zwei Grotten anschwimmen, hat zu Fuss jede Menge Möglichkeiten um Essen zu gehen und einen kleinen Laden gibt es im Ort auch. Der Privatstrand ist geeignet zum Schwimmen, Tauchen und Jagen. Da es sehr wellig ist und die Sonnenterrasse nach Wohnung unterteilt sind ( die wird auch mit den Besitzern geteilt) sind wir da nicht lange verweilt. Porto Badiso oder Baia de Turchi sind nahe Badestrände die wunderbar sind zum Schorcheln und Entspannen. All in all gibt es 4* von und, da es ausser der Privatspähre an nichts fehlt.

Une vue magnifique !
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour un peu avant la saison touristique ( avril).Nous étions dans le seul appartement ouvert du bâtiment et nous avons apprécié le grand calme, le chant des oiseaux et l'extraordinaire vue! Cet appartement est idéal pour se ressourcer et visiter le Salento. Nous le recommandons.

Beste Lage und wunderschöne Aussichten
Die Lage direkt am Meer, mit einem eigenen privaten Badestrand sind die absoluten Highlights dieser Unterkunft. Natürlich war auch die Unterkunft und das gesamte Gebäude nahezu perfekt. Auch die Organisation und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Magnifique vue sur la mer, accès privé à une mer cristalline, hôtes sympathiques
Les photos sont conformes à la réalité, seule la terrasse est en fait à partager avec bcp de voisins - mais vraiment sympathiques. Accès privé à la mer est important car bcp d'autres accès sont payants. La mer magnifique avec des accès par la mer à des grottes tout aussi somptueuses. Résidence calme avec tout ce qu'il faut. Pas d'accès à internet car difficile d'accès pr les fournisseurs d'accès? (Mais la 4G passe). Nos hôtes, les Quarta ont été très accueillants et nous ont fait découvrir les merveilles culinaires et maritimes de la région. Il faut un peu comprendre et parler italien cependant, car sinon la communication est impossible. Santa Cesarea di terme est parfaite pr visiter Salento (Lecce, Otranto...) mais pr les Pouilles (Ostuni, Alberobello, Bari, Brindisi, ...) c'est un peu loin, 2h de voitures juste pr l'aller. Mais la tranquillité du lieu, la beauté de la mer, la gentillesse de nos hôtes, vaut vraiment ce petit inconvénient. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve, trop court. Grazie Mile à nos hôtes. Très belle location parfaitement située
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Alessandro s'occupe de la location pour ses parents qui demeurent dans l'appartement voisin. L'appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos, la terrasse et la situation sont vraiment magnifiques! Les parents d'Alessandro nous ont fait découvrir les grottes situées dans les environs et qui sont accessibles à la nage, la mer et la côte sont superbes! Une location très bien équipée et très confortable, la chambre principale a vue sur la mer, et l'accès à la baignade se fait par des marches taillées dans la falaise, ce qui permet d'aller se baigner à toutes heures. Un grand merci aux parents d'Alessandro pour leur accueil et leur sympathie, un seul regret: devoir partir!

Beautiful place with lovely views.
We spent five days here at the end of May which was the perfect time to visit. The apartment was clean and well maintained and as we were the only occupants in the block we had the large shared terrace and the sun terraces down near the sea to ourselves. Alessandro although unable to be present himself maintained good contact with us via email and phone, his parents and their interpreter were friendly and helpful throughout . The town itself is very pretty and has some lovely bars and restaurants also a supermarket within 10 minutes which is a bonus for self catering guests. Nearby Castro a little fishing village is also worth a visit and the fresh fish we bought there was delicious. When we were able to drag ourselves away from our apartment we visited a number of local towns and cities. Lecce and Ostuni are both beautiful and entirely different from each other. Also Otranto with its stunning and unusual cathedral. The unesco heritage site of Alberobello is an hour and a half away and well worth a visit, pop into the gelato shop on the outskirts of the main tourist area, lives up to its BBC reputation as the best in Puglia. Thank you Alessandro for your suggestions and your hospitality, we look forward to visiting again one day.

OTTIMA VACANZA SULLO JONIO
PRO: ampio appartamento, molto confertevole e molto pulito grandiosa vista sul mare (è direttamente sulla scogliera) molto tranquillo (solo una notte siamo stati "disturbati" - si fa per dire - dalle lampare al lavoro al largo) completo di tutto, ottimamente arredato, cucina attrezzatissima terrazzo enorme CONTRO: un po' buia la 2^ camera da letto (ma tanto ci si va solo per dormire...) manca parcheggio privato, ma a fianco del palazzo vi è un ampio parcheggio pubblico (a luglio mai pieno)
