Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability. Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby and on the wider estate that are undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. The ground floor accommodation includes an open plan living, dining room and kitchen providing two single ovens, induction hob, dishwasher & tall fridge/freezer. The property has a downstairs toilet.

The main living and dining area can comfortably seat six with a lovely wood burning stove for those winter evenings whilst you can enjoy fantastic views across the lake.

To the first floor, there is a king ensuite bedroom offering lakeside views, a twin bedroom and bunk bedroom with a double bottom bunk (top bunk suitable for a child only) and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has a bathtub and the ensuite has a walk-in shower. There is a balcony that runs the length of the property with seating for two.
