No hot water

Everything was great about this apartment, especially the terrace! However, the reviews were correct and after confirming several times with management about the hot water issue I kept reading about… THERE WAS STILL NO HOT WATER!

Fabulous Place

Great property close to everything. Great amenities and perfect for our large family. We had the adjoining apartment which came with a rooftop terracer which was so specialand made for a very special stay.

No HOT WATER

We just got home from Florence. Unfortunately, I feel the need to let you know that we were very disappointed in our stay at the apartment. There was no hot water in the small apartment during our stay. We then all took turns showering in the large apartment. We barely used the small apartment due to the hot water situation. But the last two days, no one was able to shower at all as there was no hot water in the large apartment either! There was no water in one of the small bathrooms. In the large apartment, in one of the bathrooms, the shower head was sending water to the ceiling and down the walls. We were concerned that it would damage the walls. We had children is our group and were unable to have them bathe. We feel that having water and/or hot water is a basic necessity. And we did call your number that we were told to call and no one answered our calls or returned our calls. You have a beautiful apartment but not being able to maintain personal hygiene poses a health concerns.
