Guest access
Guests have complete access to the entire property.
Other things to note
Check-in/ Check-out:
- Our standard check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out is before 11am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
- Please be on time when checking out on your last morning. Our cleaners are often there at 11am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £100 charge will be applied for an unauthorised late check-out or early check-in.
Keys:
Specific instructions are given a day before checkout to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.
A £50 fee is charged for a call-out if you lock yourself out of the property, and there will be a charge of £100 for lost keys (for replacement locks.) Please be careful with them.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.
Extra Guests:
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.
Linen Policy for Extended Stays
For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
You can choose between:
Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected.
Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure.
Both options are available at the same cost.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
