Besides a kitchen and a living room, 3 en-suite bedrooms, 1 additional toilet, there is also an outdoor area with a swimming pool and a barbecue and lounge furniture, terraces, and a private garage with 4 bicycles at guests’ disposal.

Two bedrooms with a private bathroom are on the ground floor, while the kitchen, living room area, one private bathroom, and a toilet are on the first floor. The ground floor and the first floor are connected with outdoor stairs.

Small, authentic Sumartin town is the youngest fishing village on island Brac. Loads of restaurants, beautiful beaches, and the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea, Franciscan monastery, and a small church will give you truly authentic, Dalmatian feeling during your vacation in Croatia.
