Beautiful and spacious new build apartment located in the second row of houses lining the sea of the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Located on the first floor with elevator and intercom, it has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
The apartment consists of a living room with tv and direct access to a small terrace with outdoor furniture and beautiful sea views where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun. Modern and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are 2 double bedrooms: one with double bed (150x190cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower and one with 2 single beds (90x190cm). There is also another bathroom with shower. Free air conditioning (hot/cold).
Pets not accepted.
Ideal apartment for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. Parking space in a community garage (not included in the price: 60 €/week).
