Firstly, I would like to introduce myself and my property La Residence Blanc D’Angkor. My name Laot Tre, I am a sale and marketing manager of La Residence Blanc D’Angkor from one of the poor family in Kampot province and I have a really long history before I get here.
The reason why I decided to join with La Residence Blanc is because the property is owned by the local people and run by the local team which is 100% of the staff here are from the local poor family. Apart from the other properties La Residence Blanc aim to help the communities by offering a job to the local people train them to be professional in hospitality so they can use their own ability to earn money in the future.
For instant, La Residence Blanc D’Angkor has a close working relationship with Journeys Within Our Community (JWOC). La Residence Blanc D’Angkor also provides training and employment opportunities to JWOC’s Scholarship students, giving them the skills and competencies to succeed in the working world. We are working with Anjali House by providing job, selling the post card, selling book picture, photo. Reducing the usage of plastic, Energy Saving, Water Saving. Sponsor the used soap to the orphanage. Create cycling event to race the money for Angkor Hospital every year.
In terms of services, La Residence Blanc aim to be the first choice for the guests who are looking for small boutique, hotel, offering the true Cambodia hospitality, first choice for developing colleagues/creating more jobs for local people.We aim to satisfy every guest every time by ensuring that the guests are receiving the highest quality, great value for money, an exceptional experience and that their expectations are being exceeded.
