2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom with full bath. Guest bedroom with full and twin bunk bed. Queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room and a second full bathroom for the house. Kitchen with all appliances, cookware and dishes; grill on the balcony. Dining table for 8. Cable TV, WiFi and fireplace in the unit. Just steps to the clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna, racquetball, foosball, pool table, ping pong and a tennis court! Credit card operated washer and dryer at clubhouse. Plenty of parking in front of the unit.

Great location; well stocked condo

We had a great week staying at this condo in Silverthorne. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of towels/linens. Had trouble with key fob to clubhouse but the maintenance person gave us a temporary code we could use to get in. Great facility.

The property was lovely and had a rustic feel. All of the rooms were clean and the whole place felt fresh. The drive up to the property was beautiful! We would absolutely try to stay again, the next time we travel to Frisco/Silverthorne/Dillon.

Good location and parking space

We stay at timber ridge because of the parking space and we bring a trailer for trail jeeps. This is the first year the local owners did not like the trailer being parked in the trailer parking section. Seems that the 4x4 visitors are an outcast here. Property managers english was hard to understand. The 4x4 enthusiast seem to be way more welcome in Leadville and the south western part of Colorado. Nice condo over all

Great weekend getaway!

We were lucky to find this place! Our family of 6 (4 young kids) need room to spread out and explore (inside and out)—this was perfect for our needs. We loved being able to walk to the Lily Pad Lake trailhead from this property. The clubhouse was fun too.

Nice place!

Well appointed condo in a nice location. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was lack of food storage containers such as Tupperware for leftovers after dinner. Not a big deal though!!! Electric grill was nice and we cooked outside one evening!

Uncomfortable beds

Pros: Emily was awesome, we even got to get in the place 1 & 1/2 hrs early. The place was clean, cozy, quiet, only up one flight of stairs, location right next door to the clubhouse which was awesome! Laundry room is in clubhouse which worked awesome for us. We washed our clothes while we did all the activities in the clubhouse (which does have restrooms). Cons: The only comfortable bed is the full on the bottom of the bunk bed. The master bed was so uncomfortable that we had to go to Walmart and spent $100 on a memory foam topper to get any kind of sleep at all. That did make it much better though! Also the bed is NOT a queen as advertised. It is a full! We did the measurements. It is 75x54 not 80x60. The topper we purchased was a size full and fit the bed perfectly. The sleeper sofa is useless! This place WILL NOT accommodate 6 people as advertised. It will only accommodate 4. The sleeper sofa is the old kind which you can feel the hard metal springs just by the touch of your hand. Terrible. Kitchen: a lot of pans were scratched or bent. Dishwasher top bin comes off track constantly. It was a pain to work with. In summary: If you bring your own mattress foam topper (or buy one) for the master bedroom, only have 4 people total in your group, and don’t mind fighting the dishwasher (which did a good job of cleaning the dishes btw) and you plan on getting use of the clubhouse, then this is a nice place to stay at.
