The Oaks Cottage is a charming three-storey holiday home resting in Penrith, in Cumbria and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with dining seating, a gas oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer and a sitting room with a TV and woodburning stove. There is also a lower-ground-floor utility with a washing machine. There is a king size and a twin bedroom along with a bathroom on the first floor and a lower ground floor double. Outside, there is a small enclosed courtyard with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for woodburning stove are included in the rental price. Apologies, but this property doesn't permit smoking. There is a shop and pub within 0.1 mile. For an escape to The Lakes like no other, choose a stay at The Oaks Cottage. Note: The double bed on the lower-ground-floor is accessible via one side.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in local car parks, no restrictions with parking outside the property between 6pm to 8am and on Saturdays no restrictions between 6pm to 8am on Monday morning. Small enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 mile. Note: There is no parking with the property as it is town centre based, however ample long term and free overnight parking is available at the town hall Sand Gate and Drovers Lane car park (short walk from property). Note: Please DO NOT obstruct or park on the gated driveway to the left hand side of The Oaks Cottage as this is private land is not part of this property. Note: There is a £100 good housekeeping bond.
