The restoration, with particular attention to the techniques of biodynamic architecture, has taken care of every detail, making the interiors bright and welcoming.

Independent villa with 7 + 2 beds. On the first floor there is a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a single bedroom with a loft with two beds, a bathroom with a shower.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on site according to consumption.
Final cleaning is to be paid on the spot € 110.00
Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets not allowed. Crib € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
Included the use of mountain bikes and washing machine.
Check-in 4-7 pm | Check out before 10 am.
