Apartment in Pueblo Evita with indoor and outdoor pools

Situated in the well laid out development that was part of the house and extensive stables owned by Eva Peron of 'Evita' fame, and very popular with holiday makers. The development is laid out in the Andalucian style with apartments set in tiers. The apartment was redecorated April 2019 to a very high standard and is situated in Block 2 of the Pueblo Evita Complex.

Air conditioning is installed. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, one of which is located on a rooftop terrace, plus one heated indoor pool, this being open during the winter months. The complex has two bars on site, The Clubhouse Restaurant with evening entertainment and Sams Sports Bar which offers sky sports and a games room. The apartment has been set up to receive internet TV, movies and radio stations. The complex is ideally located with local attractions within close proximity. These include Tivoli World Theme Park, Paloma Park where you can visit Selwo Marina plus many more.

Excellent location with a lovely terrace viee

Easy to book and communicate with the owner when needed. We stayed here before covid and have enjoyed it as much on this stay.

Love this apartment always very clean, bed linen smelt lovely. Simon and Wendy always communicate very well. Great location for everything. Apartment has everything you need and lovely terrace. We and friends always book these apartments every year

Complex good but ……

When we arrived no reception and block number painted over. Spent ages in the early hours of morning trying to find it. Couldn’t use complex facilities until day 8 as confusion over passes and keys. Apartment very dated and mould in bathroom. Fridge over freezing as icebox door broken. All in all not a great experience.

Mauvaise expérience

Le propriétaire n'avait donné aucune information sur les modalités d'accueil : comment récupérer les clefs, l'adresse du logement n'était pas la bonne, comment accéder à la piscine. J'ai envoyé un mail à 12h, réponse à 18h Le propriétaire m'a demandé de contacter la personne qui fait le ménage celle-ci me dit qu'elle est vacance.. donc ménage pas fait, impossible d'avoir les clefs!! Le propriétaire nous a donc payé l'hôtel et on a eu le logement que le lendemain. Beaucoup de stress, d'inquiétude.

We have stayed in this property several times because it is perfectly situated for bars, restaurants and the beach. It has a large terrace with a lovely view, suntrap for most of the afternoon. I would definitely recommend it.

Spacious property with very good pool and bar

Very spacious property in a good location with an excellent pool and bar area. We had a mix up on cleaning that was sorted quickly, how owners respond to issues says a lot about them. Huge outside balcony for an apartment, bathroom a bit dated but still fine, recommend going up into the village centre as some really nice places to eat there, we were there at the same time as fireworks on the beach and a fair at Palermo Park, very good timing

Perfect location

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is perfectly situated for bars restaurants and beach. Just a short walk from the beautiful Paloma Park. The property has everything you need , the bonus is the large terrace with has the sun on it for most of the day. Love this property and would highly recommend. Hoping to go back in a few months.

Dated and not very well maintained

The apartment was very dated and in need of a deep clean In fairness the beds and towels where freshly laundered .All the appliances had something wrong or broken on them .The kettle sounded like it was going to take off ,the hairdryer on worked for a few minutes then overheated ,some of the hob did not work etc .There is nowhere to put any food in the kitchen if you really did want to cook for yourself apart from under the sink. The glass table top was loose and unsuitable if small children are staying .I have stayed in many apartments in the area and can honestly say this is the worst one .

Really loved the property, in particular the large terrace and it's lovely views of the mountains. It's really well situated for the beach, bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Overall a lovely holiday with very helpful hosts.

Nice little apartment

We all really enjoyed the apartment and the photos make it look smaller than it actually is. The terrace is quiet big and gets the sun from around 2/3pm till dusk so good for sunbathing. The location is perfect 5 minutes from beach and restaurants. I would stay here again and probably will at some point. The only downfall for us w you have to book the pool and with covid restrictions in place the capacity is only 30 so we only managed to get 1 day but being 5 minutes from the beach we decided to go there most of the trip. Overall though very nice apartment and worth booking!

Love this apartment already booked for 2022

Always an enjoyable stay in the 2 bedroom apartment has everything you need for your stay. Beds are super comfortable. Outside terrace is spacious and has a good size dining table. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and a bonus was getting CBeebies on tv easy distraction for our boy while getting ready for an evening out. I would advise owner for safety reasons to put a lock at the top of the doors that access the terrace/balcony as our 3 yr old was able to slide the lock across and open the door. Perfect location to beach, bars & restaurants. Was a shame the pool was restricted to sessions and could only have the morning or afternoon session allowing only 30 people so we used the roof top pool opposite the apartment as you could do 11.30 - 16.30. No fault of the owners but Worth knowing if you have a holiday book. We always enjoy our stay and have been returning to this apartment year after year. Simon has always been very helpful and accommodating especially with having to move holiday dates over the last year. 100% would recommend this apartment. Friends have always rented the 1 bedroom apartment same time we go and return year after year.

La publicidad no era correcta

El apartamento no está mal ( se puede mejorar desde luego). La terraza con las vistas, lo mejor. No da al mar. Todo bien excepto por las cosas que publicitaban y no tenía. Con respecto a la wifi, el router estaba en el apartamento de abajo tb propiedad del mismo dueño y la señal apenas llegaba y con respecto al aparcamiento, no era privado, era en la calle y en agosto es superdificil encontrar sitio. El sitio es bonito y los encargados de la recepción, buena gente.

Nice pool area

Nice and clean pool area. Emil was very friendly. Local area a bit more "touristy" than expected, but maybe we just didn't do proper research ourselves. Easy access to beach and shopping. The fridge is a bit small if you plan on doing much home cooking - otherwise good facilities.

Tuvimos que limpiar nosotros al llegar ya que la limpieza era nula , no es suficiente con un ambientador, y necesita una reforma ya que esta bastante anticuado, por el precio que cobran hay que cuidar más los detalles.

Mountain view terrace

We rented this two bed apartment for three weeks in February/March, we had a great time and it suited us perfectly. Both bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen had enough of everything to make self catering easy enough but it’s the terrace where we spent most of our time, it is huge! Partly in sun partly in shade all day, lovely mountain views, large table, chairs and sun beds, a drying rack for washing, a barbecue (though we never used it). Plenty of towels and tea towels provided, a good washing machine which we used a lot. A good supermarket across the road, local bakeries and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. 10 minutes walk to the beach 20 minutes to the train station, which takes you to and from the airport in 20 minutes, for €2.55, onto Malaga in another 10 minutes. Forgot trudging up that hill past reception by the way, if you are walking up to the town/train then go through the nearby back gate and it’s a straight uphill walk, if going to the supermarket or down to the beach then straight down the nearest steps out through the gate and you are there! Will definitely be staying here again if at all possible.

Spacious apartment on a hillside

Great location close to amenities. Cooking facilities adequate as we tended dine in most evenings. Sun terrace very spacious and well used during our stay receiving the sun from midday to sunset. Resort in a nice setting. There are numerous steps or a steep hill to climb which may pose a problem to those with mobility issues. We would definitely book this apartment again as it ticked all our boxes. Hosts Simon & Wendy were very helpful and accommodating

iets oudere maar mooie puebla

Ruim app. met groot aangenaam terras in een fijne omgeving. Door de ligging van het app. (heuvel en 5de verdiep) is het moeilijk bereikbaar voor mensen die minder goed te been zijn (veel trappen of steile heuvel). Er zijn tevens enkele voorzieningen aan vervanging toe waaronder : 1) Keuken : geen pollepel , licht dampkap werkt niet , pannen zijn versleten evenals de wasbak 2) badkamer : douchekop is aan vervanging toe + waterdruk 3) Slaapkamer 2 : Rolluiken zijn versleten . 4) Voor koudere dagen ( in winterperiode ) is een betere verwarming nodig . Diegene die er staat is onvoldoende voor een knus gevoel ( te klein ) . Toch afsluiten dat dit app. een goede uitvalsbasis kan zijn voor een fijne vakantie .

Nice apartment

Nice apartment at the top of a hill, so not good for people with walking difficulties or a pram as lots of steps to the complex and no lifts. The apartment had everything we needed. English channels, large terrace, views of the hills, hairdryer, iron, washing machine was a bonus. The pool was lovely, the outdoor rooftop pool was closed for the winter and the indoor pool didn’t open until November so missed out on those as the apartment is close to them. There is a supermarket over the road which has everything that you could possibly need which was a bonus too, with other smaller shops, pizzas, bakery etc. I would stay here again, but the only issue we did have was when we asked at reception on arrival if we could leave our luggage there as we were slightly early and leave our luggage there when we vacated, we got the answer of NO from reception staff as we were staying in a private apartment within the complex. So as you can imagine this put a dampener on the start and end of our holiday. If you do book at this complex then I do advise that you take this into account. We did contact the owner and he did say that he would contact reception, but in fact, we had to find an alternative place to hold our luggage for our last day as our flight was later that evening, which I will remember for next time. Overall this was the only issue we had. There is a lovely park at the top of the hill 5-10 mins walk with hens, rabbits, terra pines so a nice walk if you fancy a change.

Great apartment in a good location

Apartment is clean and well equipped,with a spacious balcony with lovely views. It is situated in walking distance of Benalmadena beach and the pleasant urbanization of Arroyo de la Miel. There are steps to this property and it is situated on a steep hill ,so guests with reduced mobility might be affected.
