Logement confortable,bien placé, vue magnifique sur la baie.

Cette residence est tres calme,bien placée, la vue est extraordinaire depuis la terrasse du logement.les équipements sont nombreux,le lit est tres confortable seul bemol l odeur d humidité dans le logement et le fait que la cuisine ne soit pas lumineuse.

Con lo sguardo al mare e al verde della macchia mediterranea

Accogliente e arredato con attenzione ai particolari, ben dotato di tutti gli accessori utili al quotidiano e soprattutto un terrazzo coperto da dove rivolgere lo sguardo al mare e al verde della macchia mediterranea, distesa come un tappeto sotto i propri occhi. Vicina ai servizi e alle spiagge indimenticabili della Costa Smeralda come Piccola Liscia Ruja fatta di calette e quella del Principe dove il mare è turchese e la spiaggia di sabbia bianca

Un oasi di tranquillità

La casa è veramente molto bella e confortevole. Dai dettagli con cui è arredata ho percepito che Gabriella, la proprietaria , la ama molto e si impegna affinché gli ospiti abbiano tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza piacevole e rilassante. La casa ha una posizione magnifica e sono rimasta entusiasta dalla vista mozzafiato che si gode dalla terrazza. Il vero valore aggiunto a questa bellissima proprietà è la sua posizione centralissima alla costa smeralda dove si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti le più belle spiagge della costa. Consigliatissima!!!

Splendida vacanza con mia moglie ed i miei due bimbi di 9 e 5 anni! Appartamento ampio, pulito, ben attrezzato e funzionale. Praticamente nel cuore della Costa Smeralda, a meno di un passo dalle spiagge più belle ed i luoghi più incantati. All'esterno dotato di un delizioso terrazzino dove poter mangiare o semplicemente godere del favoloso panorama. Il posto auto è garantito all'interno del cancello che delimita la proprietà. Comodissimo per famiglie con bambini sia grandi che piccoli. Noi vi abbiamo soggiornato l'ultima settimana di giugno (dal 24.06.2017 al 01.07.2017). Al nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti dalla signora Tonina, ottima persona, cordiale, premurosa e sempre disponibile, sicuramente come lo è stata sin dal primo contatto la proprietaria dell'appartamento, la Sig.ra Gabriella...bella persona davvero! Sicuramente è stata un'esperienza positiva che ci auguriamo di ripetere il prossimo anno e che consigliamo vivamente a tutti. A presto. Marcello, Sara, Jacopo e Lavinia

fine luglio stupendo

Siamo stati ospiti dal 20 luglio al 1 agosto. Il residence è molto bello, tranquillo, e centralissimo della Costa Smeralda, con tanti fiori e posti auto coperti. L'appartamento (85mq) è altrettanto bello e funzionale ma, soprattutto, proprietaria e referente sul posto sono gentilissime e fanno di tutto per rendere bella la vacanza. Da rifare!!!

Erholsame Wochen

Wir (2 Erwachsene und ein 8-jährigem Kind) haben in der Wohnung eine traumhafte Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, die komplett eingerichtete Küche inclusive Geschirrspüler und reichlich Geschirr und Töpfe bietet alle Möglichkeiten sich selbst zu verpflegen und die Abende bei gutem Essen und Wein auf der gut ausgestatteten Terrasse zu genießen. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist wunderschön und der Tag kann mit einem gemütlichen Frühstück mit Meerblick beginnen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sämtliche Kräuter wachsen vor der Haustüre und verbreiten einen angenehmen mediterranen Duft. Die üppigen Bouganville-Blüten sowie der prächtige Oleander geben dem Ganzen das typische mediterrane Flair. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort zwecks Schlüsselübergabe sehr gut organisiert und total unkompliziert. Eine reizende Dame stand uns permanent telefonisch zur Verfügung. Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, die durch ihre Lage besticht. Man sollte auf jeden Fall motorisiert sein, weil man sonst nicht wirklich gut zu Fuß von hier weg kommt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Kürze mit dem Auto zu erreichen - hier bekommt man wirklich alles - ein guter Supermarkt mit einer hervorragender Fischtheke, die keinen Wünsche offen lässt! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, einziger Nachteil war die in der Nähe gelegene Serpentinenstraße - anfangs aufgrund der starken Befahrung auch abends bis in die Nacht hinein etwas laut, aber wir hatten uns hieran schnell gewöhnt. Immerhin waren wir zur Hauptreisezeit dort und die Insel war voll! Kurz und gut: eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, die alles hält was sie verspricht. Ideal für Familien mit Kind oder für ruhesuchende Urlauber, die nicht unbedingt jeden Abend unterwegs sein müssen und den Meerblick von der Terrasse aus genießen möchten. Wir werden bestimmt ein 2. Mal hier einen Urlaub verbringen wollen! Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Gabriella, Michaela, Wolfgang und Maximilian aus Neuss

one week in Sardigna

the apartment is exactly like the pictures in the listing. It is very close the the most beautiful beaches in Sardigna. The apartment is extremely clean and very well equiped. It is close to Baia Sardigna,Porto Cervo,Santa Teresa di Gallura., to grocery stores and gelaterie. We had the chance to meet a wonderful lady,Gabriella,the owner who was generous of her time and gave us helpful advice on restaurants and places to visit. I would recommend the apartment without a doubt.
